01. What island are you based on, and do you travel for shoots

I am based on the island of O'ahu, and travel throughout the Hawaiian Islands and across the U.S. for shoots.  I frequently work in the San Francisco Bay Area and am available for projects there year-round. 

02. What are the usage rights for my images

Standard contracts include a license for editorial, web, and print use for your company.  This allows you to use the images for social media, your website, and press features.  Commercial use (such as large-scale advertising or third-party product packaging) requires a separate agreement and model releases.  Please contact me directly to discuss specific commercial needs. 


03. When will I receive my gallery

Typically, you will receive your final gallery within 7 days of the event.  If you need your images sooner, next-day delivery is available for an additional rush fee. 


04. How much does event coverage cost

Because every project is unique, ranging from intimate brand launches to multi-day conferences.  I provide custom-tailored packages based on the specific scope, location, and needs of your event.  Please contact me for a quote designed to fit your goals. 

05. Do you offer event on-site headshots

Yes, I provide professional on-site headshot stations for events of all sizes. Please contact me for more information on custom quotes.

06. DO you offer additional photographers for large events 

Yes, I have a team of professional photographers available, depending on the scale of your project. I highly recommend additional photographers for large-scale conferences, galas, or events with over 150 guests, as well as for projects that require simultaneous coverage of multiple locations. 

07. How do I book my event

1. Inquire: Start by filling out my Contact FormI will get back to you quickly with service packages and availability.

2. Secure your date:  Once I have your details, a signed contract, and a 50% retainer fee are required to reserve your date.  Payments can be made easily via credit card. 

Payment Terms:
  • The remaining balance is due one week prior to your event.
  • For events booked less than 30 days in advance, full payment is required at the time of booking.
